14-Day Quality Guarantee If your package arrives damaged or the seal on the treatment box is broken upon delivery, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with a photo of the damage within 14 days. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on whitening strips once the outer manufacturer's seal has been broken or tampered with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unopened, unused condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
